Alpiq Services CZ s.r.o. operates an important Shared Service Center to provide effective support to Alpiq's internal customers as part of its operations in Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe. It is the provision of services in the areas of business processes such as finance, human resources management, information technology and many others.
YOU WILL DO…
Operate the entire office (more than 160 employees)
Provide complete Facility Management, communicate with the building management and solve various operational issues
Organize tenders, negotiate business and contractual terms
Supervise the operation and organization of reception work
Support business travel arrangements
Organize languages lessons with external providers and employees
Provide and support organization of corporate events
Solve various daily ad-hoc issues
DO YOU HAVE?
Proven experience in Facility Management and Office Management
Secondary education at least
Active knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
xcellent communication and organizational skills, structuring
Multitasking, ability to prioritize, flexibly respond and work under pressure
