AP specialist

Job Description


Solving of issues during processing of unapproved/error OPEX invoices (running through electronical WF)
Daily communication with local parties (accounting, business, treasury, etc.)
Participation on the new electronic workflow implementation project and its improvements
Open position reports and Overdue reports creation and analysis
Posting of AP bank statements positions and clearings
Processing/posting of incoming invoices in line with local legal and group requirements (following the VAT, Accounting rules, Group rules, etc.)
Clearing of open items - vendors
Vendor master data
Support local team in all ad hoc accounting tasks
Support and deliver the documents during the audit field works 


High school education or University degree (preferable accounting backround)
Experience in Accounting required
VAT principles knowledge (in general)
Previous experience in SAP is a big advantage, but not a must
English and German languages – advanced knowledge (written and oral), communicative knowledge of other languages as big advantage
MS Office (Excel, Word – basic knowledge)
Friendly, open minded and willing to learn new things
Flexible and very communicative personality (daily communication in German language)
Experience in international environment would be an advantage
